At Shayne Bridals, we take every step to ensure your gown reaches you safely, on time, and in perfect condition. All gowns are made to order, which means production times vary depending on the design. Standard gowns usually take 8–12 weeks to create, while custom bridal gowns may take 3–6 months. Once your gown is complete, it is carefully packaged and prepared for dispatch.
For domestic orders within Australia, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days once your gown has been shipped. International delivery times vary by destination but generally take between 10–21 business days. Express shipping is available in select regions at checkout for brides who require faster delivery. Please note that delivery estimates may be affected by courier delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery method you select. International customers should be aware that their order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges set by their country’s customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Every gown is packaged securely in protective wrapping and placed in durable boxes to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor its journey. Because all gowns require a signature upon delivery, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. We recommend ensuring someone is available at the delivery address to accept the parcel when it arrives.
While we work closely with reliable shipping partners, occasional delays may occur. If your order is significantly delayed or if there are any issues with the delivery of your gown, please contact our team immediately.
