Welcome to Shayne Bridals. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or purchasing from www.shaynebridals.com, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

Shayne Bridals is a designer and retailer of handcrafted bridal gowns, wedding gowns, and evening dresses. All products are made to order or sold as ready-to-wear pieces through our official website and authorized partners.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian. By completing a purchase, you confirm that all details you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method selected.

3. Product Information

Each gown is handcrafted, and slight variations in color, embellishment, or finish may occur. These variations are not considered defects but are part of the uniqueness of our handmade designs.While we strive for accuracy, product images and descriptions on the website are for illustrative purposes only.

4. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at checkout unless you select an approved payment plan through our partner Splitit. Orders are confirmed only once payment is successfully processed.

Shayne Bridals reserves the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or payment issues. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded where applicable.

5. Production & Delivery

Each gown is made to order unless marked as ready-to-ship. Standard production times range, while custom gowns may take up to 2- 6 months. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on location, customs processing, and courier conditions. 

6. Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-measure gowns are created according to your provided measurements and design selections. Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
We recommend professional measurements to ensure the best possible fit.

7. Returns & Refunds

We take pride in the quality of every gown. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our designs, returns are accepted only under specific conditions. We offer a 7-day return window under the following conditions:

• Damaged product received 

• Wrong product delivered

• Missing items in the package 

In such cases, you are requested to raise a complaint within 72 hours (3 days) of order delivery to our support team with a product video and images highlighting the issue. Our team will verify the issue and get back to you within 24 hours. Issues raised post 72 hours will not be eligible for return or exchange. 

Custom-made gowns are non-refundable. Standard-size gowns may be eligible for exchange or store credit if the request meets policy requirements. 

8. Intellectual Property

All images, logos, designs, and written content on www.shaynebridals.com are the intellectual property of Shayne Bridals. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Privacy & Security

We respect your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

10. Limitation of Liability

Shayne Bridals is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your purchase.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
